How to submit a warranty or return request (Byron)

Step 1

Go to the Byron website https://www.chbyron.eu/profile/returnorders/
To start the request, click on 'Create new return order' at the top.

Step 2

Enter the correct article number.
The site will do a suggestion, if correct click the suggestion and you will see the orange button to add the article to your return order.

Step 3

Please enter the required information to complete the request
Unless a product has been purchased directly from Byron (e.g. spare parts), you do not need to enter an invoice number in the field. In this case, please use '00000'.
