For all models starting with B... or BY..., it is possible to change the frequency. See below for the instructions.
- Take out the battery from the bell push and press the bell push for 20 seconds.After a few minutes insert the battery again.
Reset your doorbell by pushing the 'learn' button on the chime for 10 seconds.
Take the chime out from the socket, wait a few seconds and plug in the chime again. Press the bell push immediately and wait for the chime to ring. Now they are now paired again.
